This is one store that a customer can go into and receive wonderful customer service. I have gone into this store several time to make copies of old pictures. I was not real familiar about how to operate the machine, but there was someone there to assist me and help me choose the right options to make my reprint look as good as the original. They may be a bit more expensive than a Wal Mart, but the results are excellent.
