Looks like new owners have the helm. Last two trips were not as good as in the past; service was slower, buffet not kept as fresh. Here's to hoping the new owners get back to the previous standards.

Sahib has a very nice lunch buffet, and I certainly recommend it. They have some of the best food I've tried for lunch in Redmond. Sahib is also the fanciest looking Indian restaurant I've been to.

I dined here last night with my family...wonderful meal.
As a transplant from India and grew up in the west, I can say Sahib's does a very nice job of sticking to the traditional favorites of India and doing a wonderful job of pairing east with west to combine some lovely dishes. The spice blending is authentic and they actually listen to the level of spiceness requested. The spinach saag was fantastic as were the samosas. I didn't have room for dessert, but the cardamom creme brulee is already on my list for the next visit.
They are very family friendly. I highly recommend a meal at Sahibs.
