I don't know where Ryan lives, but on Union Hill we have had 4 outages in the 5 months I have had Comcast. When Verizon finally gets FIOS in our neighborhood I will change back in a flash. More >

I've had Comcast's high-speed Internet service for a little over 6 months now, and it has been fantastic. I haven't noticed any outages, and the transmission speeds are consistently high. I've noticed that generally I receive low latency connections to most servers I connect to. Whenever I've had to speak to a Comcast representative they have been very helpful. The only thing that would make this service better would be a lower price.
