I agree with the previous reviewer re:contacts. I recently moved into the area and needed an annual exam. She proceeded to take me off my old contacts and put me on some proprietary ones not made by a major manufacturer. They still don't seem to fit right. I wore my previous lenses for years without incident.
The whole time I was there it seemed like I was bothering her, and it felt awkward being the only person there. I won't be returning and don't recommend her.

I wouldn't recommend her for contact lenses. She seemed very nice and caring at first, to the point that I recommended her to a co-worker. Neither of our contacts fit correctly in the end.

Rarely can "warm" and "professional" be spoken in the same breath, but Dr. Susan Wynne is proof that a highly educated physician can bring personal warmth to a top quality vision care practice. Her staff follows her example.
On one occasion I mistakenly ordered and paid for features on my new glasses that were unnecessary. The very next day, I got a call from Dr. Wynne. I was informed that my mistake had been discovered and that the refund check was on its way. I would have never known that I was entitled to a billing adjustment but for Dr. Wynne's high and uncompromising ethical standards.
Dr. Wynne has always surpassed my expectations and I am VERY demanding. My eyes are my life.

Holy hell, this woman is nuts. My husband got an eye exam from her with no complications. He needed new frames though and didn't like the doctor's tiny selection. He found a pair online and bought those with the intention of Dr. Wynne putting his prescription in them. She frankly implied that the glasses he purchased were most likey stolen (as that sort of thing happens all the time, she said) and that she wouldn't warranty them. What the hell? Why would we expect her to warranty glasses we didn't but from her. She's expensive, crazy, and desperate. There's no 2 ways about it.
