Big Picture is located on the upper level of Redmond Town Center and is a great place to see a film.
Their "lobby" is really designed as a living room, with cozy nooks and couches, tables for cocktails and a nice full bar tucked back at the back. You can arrive a little early, get your drinks (and popcorn and candy!), find a comfy spot and chat before the movie.
The theater itself has some of the most comfortable seating I've experienced at a theater, the lighting is pretty and the ambiance quite romantic. If you've got unfinished drinks, you can also bring them into the theater with you.
I highly recommend Big Picture, especially for a date night or girls night out. Different and fun!

Big Picture in Redmond is the best place to see a movie in the Seattle area. It's 21+ which is great for avoiding the kiddies during Matinees. They serve drinks in glasses, popcorn in buckets, and the seats are Tempurpedic. Yes, Tempurpedic. The seats at Big Picture in Redmond are the best movie theater seats in the world. The armrests go up so you can cuddle with your date. AND it's cheaper than other movie theaters! They show mostly art-house stuff, and you can rent the facilities for private parties and show DVD's. My husband actually proposed to me at Big Picture. The staff is amazing, the facilities are top notch.
