Dr. Heng has been working with my kids for almost 20 years - from the time my oldest was 6 weeks old, we've been seeing her. He's 20 next month, and I still seek out her opinion and expertise when faced with a puzzle. She has sought out answers for problems that were baffling, acted as an advocate for needed care, and really made me feel like she not only cared but was personally invested in helping us. I have reluctantly agreed that it is high time my oldest found a GP that is not in pediatrics, but I do so knowing we will both miss her care. Luckily, I still have younger kids... :-)

Dr. Heng has been our pediatrician for almost 6 years. I never hesitate to ask her advice on anything. She has always had strong initiative and advises me when my children need to see a specialist. She supported me through my daughter's colic which was a very trying time! She has a great bedside manner with the kids and listens to everything the parents have to say. She will tell you if you are being silly or if it is a genuine concern.

I have been going to Dr. Berkson for several years and I am extremely satisfied with him. He is located in the Eastside Primary Care Clinic of Group Health. He takes the time to listen to me and checks out every little thing that I mention or complain about. I can contact him via email and he always replies within a day if he is in the office. Via email, he will tell me if I need to come in to see him or not. He also has treated my dad and treats my husband and we all really like and respect him.
