Worst experience I've ever had with a dentist. The hygienist broke my recently done $800 orthodontic work and then denied it even though I clearly felt it break under her pressure and heard her say "Oops". They told me it was my fault and that they'd "glue" it back in place but I should go to the orthodontist to get it fixed. Basically, they cost me $50 and were absolutely horrible to me. They were so cruel to me the minute I told them that they had done something wrong. No matter whose fault this was- No business should treat their clients like this. EVER.

it's really strange to see such glowing reports - I've had some decent experiences there, but always find it very antiseptic and cold feeling. Dr. C can be very nice as can her staff, but there's still this weird assembly line, dental dam, sunglass feeling. All that would be ok, except that twice I had lingering pain - once it did finally go away and once I had to take a half day of work off after getting raging headaches for a couple of days after a filling. Turned out that it wasn't filed properly - I was told this was common, and don't worry, I wouldn't get charged for the follow up visit! I've got a mouthful of cavities and these are the FIRST occasions I've ever had follow up issues. I'm not going back, but am frantically in search of a good dentist!

I've never had anything but a quick exam with Dr. Cederbaum, but she has always been gentle and professional enough. I've noticed that sometimes she even does things she doesn't need to do -- like fix an easy orthodontic problem with my permanent retainer, which saved me the trip to the orthodontist. But overall, the real star in Dr. Cederbaum's Redmond practice is Connie, our hygenist. She is truly an amazing person and keeps me smiling and laughing throughout any procedure. Once she even helped entertain my 2-year-old while cleaning my teeth at the same time. We won't go to any other hygenist except her!!!

If your child has any fear of the dentist this is not the place to go! This Dentist is horrible with kids. Staff is rude and doesn't have any customer service skills.

Dr. Cederbaum is by far the best dentist that I have visited. She performed a root canal, and a few fillings. I have had a bad dentist before and let me tell you I had to have 2 root canals because of the joker. Fortunately for everyone in the Pacific northwest are safe now, as he has retired. All of my problems have been because of a bad dentist. I have not seen Dr Cederbaum since 2002 as I have moved to Phoenix, AZ. I go to an awesome dentist here but still Dr. Cederbaum was more personal, more professional and I think here work is just superb. God bless Dr. Cederbaum Thanks, Del Mar DIal
