I took my son there for his first cut and it was great! Everyone was so nice and helpful. They have baskets of toys and a ton of movies and shows to pick from. My little guy got hair all over when he fussed with the cape and our stylist stopped immediately to clean him up. I was very impressed with her ability to stay calm under pressure! I am defiantly taking him back!

I have 3 kids and have been going here for years. I am always impressed with the haircuts from Brat Pack because they look great and grow out nicely. I have tried other salons to save money but they aren't the same. I'd rather pay a bit more and receive a quality cut. The stylists always ask what I want for each child and at the end they have me check the haircut to make sure I am happy. I have read some of the other reviews that weren't as favorable and it is important to remember that some kids movers and squirm like one of mine and it can be very difficult to cut but these stylists have still been able to offer a good cut, they get the job done. Parents need to communicate specifically want they want, I have a hard time believing that someone asked for a bob and nearly got a shave, if that was the case you should have contacted the owner and had them fix it! Next time just request a different stylist like Sharra or Kathy.
My Daughter just had her 8th birthday there, it was an amazing Spa Party, highly recommended. They all sit together in a private area and while seated they are pampered: toe soaks, manicures, hairdoo's, glitter make-up, fun music & girly decor- so much more than we expected! Thanks a bunch!
This salon is no longer in the Town center they moved last year and also have a new owner. Some of these reviews are from the old salon.

This kids salon is no longer in the Redmond Town Center, they moved last year and now have a new owner and are near the Bella Botega Theaters. Some of these reviews are from the old salon. I have 3 kids and have been going here for years. I have tried various stylists and have always been impressed with the quality of cuts I have received. Most of their stylists are mature adults with many years of experience. The stylists always ask what I want for each child and then at the end they ask me to come and check out the haircut to be sure I am happy. I have read some of the other reviews that weren't as favorable and it is important to remember that some kids are movers and squirmers like one of mine and it can be very difficult to cut. The parents need to communicate specifically want they want. I have a hard time believing that someone asked for a bob and nearly got a shave, if that was the case they should have contacted the owner and had them fix it and then written a review of how it was handled.

I took my daughter for first hair cut to Brat Pack after reading the reviews about their customer service and the way they handle kids during hair cut.
My experience on the contrary is very very bad.
The hair stylist was rude to begin with. She did not care about the hair going into the eyes and mouth of the kid even when my daughter was getting upset. During the haircut process, there was an instance where she very narrowly missed running scissors over the fingers of my daughter and didn't even bother about it.
I would certainly not recommend this place for kids below five.

Brat Pack, located in Redmond Town Center, is not only a cute toy store but they give great (albeit pricey) kids' haircuts as well. The kids get to sit on colorful animal chairs and watch videos while they get their hair cut. If your child cries while they get their hair cut, there is an option of you sitting in the chair holding the child on your lap (I had to do this for a time!). The store also has fun toys and a good selection of children's CDs. Haircuts are $20 so we try to go as long as possible between cuts... The staff is attentive and really good with the kids.

The Piccolino Deli in Redmond Town Center is pretty good, though I feel like they're a little on the pricey side.
I've enjoyed their reuben sandwiches on more than one occasion, and they've been satisfactory though nothing to write home about. Their spinach salad is quite good as well (I ask for added chicken); I like that they do dried cranberries in it. Salads are served with warm whole grain rolls and butter which are actually really tasty. For the salad and a drink, I paid almost $12. I feel that it was worth no more than $8.
I've been in once and gotten horrible service, but I'd say one miss out of a half dozen tries isn't too awfully bad in this culture of crappy customer service.

Bratpack is an excellent children's hair salon. The stylists are good at keeping the kids comfortable and occupied with videos and toys and they are skilled at giving children's haircuts. This is an ideal place to go for younger kids who aren't accustomed to the whole hair cut concept just yet. It is expensive, but worth it for the little ones. After they get used to the experience, it's easy to move on to other places.

The Brat Pack is a great place to take little ones (especially feisty ones) for haircuts. Each stylist has a different "chair" (a cow, horse, pig, etc.) and your child can choose from a variety of videos to watch while getting that much needed trim/cut. I was surprised at how my daughter's stylist managed to keep her busy and still enough to get a cute cut.
An added perk is that there is a train table where siblings can play while waiting. There are also many boutique items (dress up clothes, hair accessories, toys) for sale in the front of the store. At $21/haircut they're pretty competitive w/ the other children's salons I've looked at. They're also located in the Redmond Town Center so you can do some shopping, hit Borders, grab some coffee all w/ out having to get in and out of the car.

I take my 2 and 4 year old sons to Brat Pack to get their hair cut every few months. We always have a good experience there. They have tons of videos for the kids to watch while getting haircuts, plus bins of toys that fit on the chairs.
The stylists are very friendly and have been trained in how to cut kid's hair. The one time the stylist accidentally cut my son's bangs unevenly, they were more than happy to fix it.
There is a train table in the haircutting area for the kids to play with while waiting their turn. My boys love it. There is also a toy store in the same location.
