Well, as a business owner myself, I'm pleased to see that people take the time to share their experiences in service oriented establishments such as Ra Salon Spa. We go to the spa to relax, get beautiful and be spoiled for an hour or two. Obviously we all have different needs and vastly different expectations, so if once in a blue moon things don't turn out the way we expected them, it's not the end of the world. I'm a regular at this Spa. This is my refuge from the zoo that's out there. The place is amazing; not only the ambiance but the staff too. The treatment rooms are neat and clean and not closet size like in some other spas. My favorite aesthetician is Erin whom I highly recommend to anyone. She is not only very thorough but very accommodating. I walk out of the treatment room revitalized each time. This place has the ideal combination for a perfect Salon and Spa. Congrats to the owners. After having a really bad haircut at another salon I decided to try Ra to have my haircut fixed. My stylist was very attentive and explained how the haircut should have been cut. She recut it and it was perfect. I am completely satisfied and will start going to Ra for my hair. Also a fun atmosphere as everyone genuinlely seems to like each other and it makes for an enjoyable experience. Pros: Attention to detail Cons: non

WhI like this place, there aren't that many places that give good Asian hair cuts, so when I find one I give them 5 stars but there's MORE. I came here based on the rave reviews, it's not without merit. They were really nice people,. I walked in there and was greeted graciously. 1st Star! I was offered many beverage choices, she brought me a nice cup of hazel nut coffee, the coffee was good, why, because I prefer to drink it black.... 2nd Star! (Not only did I get coffee, I got a complimentary scalp massage mmmm I received so many compliments from the hair cut the owner gave me, even until now, which is a couple of months later........ 3rd and 4th Star! The salon is clean and service was GREAT!........ 5th Star! Other things to appreciate: Movies to watch while you get pampered. Great location! You change into the salon coat. Uncomplicated. Unpretentious. For being so awsome over-all, they recieve 5 Star! at made it unique or special? Pros: everything Cons: nothing

I came in looking for a haircut and highlights, which they told me would take around 2 hours. I arrived on time and had to wait an hour and a half before the stylist could finally get to me. I told them I was in a hurry when I got there but no one payed any attention. I was trying to explain to the stylist exactly what I wanted, but the entire time she kept making suggestions of her own without listening to me. She was inattentive and kept texting someone the entire service. Overall, my service was dissatisfactory, and took way too long. I would not recommend this place especially if you are in a rush. Pros: Location Cons: Long wait, unfriendly and inattentive service

I recently moved to Seattle and was desperate to find a salon. I have been coloring my hair for ten years. I was afraid to change to another place in fear that my color would not match. Anna was exceptional. The color was better than I had hoped. My hair cut was perfect. She cut my hair with a new style that all my friends loveed. I have never received so many compliments. The salon was great. I'm sure every service is great. I was so confident when I left. I have definently found my saon n Seattle. The drive was only 15 minutes and worth every minute. If anyone is scared, like I was, to try a new salon...............don't be. I am sure you will be satisified !!!!!!!!!!! Pros: everything was excellent Cons: nothing

I was very impressed with the quality of service at Ra Spa I've had many facials in the past and for years I only went to onespecialist. I really thought she was the best. My husband overlooked this detail when he purchased a spa package gift certificate for my birthday. He was so proud of himself for thinking of this gift that I didn't have the heart to tell him how terrified I was of seeing anyone else for my skincare. I thought of applying the facial credit towards another service but for some reason when I met Erin, something told me to give her a try and I'm sooooo glad I did. From the minute I sat in her chair I felt at ease and received the utmost attention to detail. It was a facial like no other! I felt so relaxed I think I even fell asleep for a little while. I felt so good about my treatment that I had her do my eyebrows too and they've never looked better! Overall it was truly an incredible experience and her good energy was a bonus :) The staff was very friendly and accomodating as well. Pros: service quality

I had the best experience at the Ra Salon and Spa about a week ago. I have fallen in love with their amazing service and Aveda products! ? My split ends were everywhere on my head from straightening and dying my hair with box color so much. It was so embarrassing to walk around with bad roots and ends. I was with my friend in Redmond walking around shopping. I thought maybe now would be a great time to get my hair taken care of because of the new school year coming up. We saw Ra Salon after lunch and decided to check it out. When I walk in, the surroundings were very comfortable. Everyone that was working gave a warm and welcoming smile. I walked to the front desk, not exactly sure what to ask for. They helped me decide what I needed to be done with my hair. I decided to get my color retouched and get a haircut by a master stylist. Her name was Pang and she walked me through some things that she thought would be best for my hair. She never put me down, even though I knew my ends were a wreck. She just gave suggestions of what I should do to care for it, and what cuts would look best. I decided to go with her opinion, and my hair turned out fabulous. The time I spent there was never awkward, which I have experienced plenty times at lower ranked salons. At the end, they even gave the offer of booking my next appointment and save10%, how could a resist?! Plus my hair has never looked better, and I decided I had to get whatever she used! She had explained all the steps of the style, and gave me all the right products. I go by this system everyday now. And I am still happy with the result. Ra Salon is the place where I know I am always welcome, and I am so glad I?m calling this my salon now! Pros: everything Cons: nothing
