I have been going to get my hair cut by Cookie for years and years now, as have my family and friends. I have tried many other high end salons just to see if they can do better, but I always end up with a hole in my pocket and eventually booking another apt with Toppers to re-do my hair. I will never venture out again. My hair is always EXACTLY what I want. They listen and help you achieve that fabulous cut/color every time. Also the Tree (sp) the nail lady is fantastic at what she does..better than Inspa or any other fancy schmancy nail salon. LOVE IT!!! Guarantee you will be happy with you wallet and looks ;)

Just had the newest available facial from the new line, MD Skin Care. I have had two facials in the past, both gifts, from the Pevonia Care Line. I wanted to try something new.. and what a treat it was! Not only is "Twee" pretty and petite, she is quite strong, and adds some neck and shoulder massage into the package. I didn't want to leave, and could have taken a nap, but she needed the room for her next client. What a difference a good facial makes, I haven't looked this good in 20 years. Twee gives wonderful manicures and pedicures, (with very hygenic with properly cleaned stations and tools) and she offers other care services as well. Our family has been going to Toppers for many years, and "Cookie" can work her magic on hair of the young as well as the young at heart. OK, so she's a 'gorgeous knockout', but she's also extremely talented with all the right colors, perms and potions, and wields a talented pair of scissors. Your family secrets will stay safe with her... (not sure where the last reviewer got the impression that it's a gab session at Toppers..perhaps his visits are during Microsoft breaks). If you don't have a clear idea of what services you want, or which change of style, put yourself in the talented hands of Cookie and Twee; you'll be very glad you did.

In the shadow of Microsoft, is a salon very popular. I have used it for about 16 years. The owner/operator is drop-dead gorgeous and very sweet. The hair cuts are inexpensive and efficient. My whole family goes (and about every other family I know). Great place to catch up on neighborhood gossip too - which appeals to my wife and her friends.
