It was a pleasure to be in The British Pantry with all kinds of British items and then have a delicious meal at their restaurant Neville's next door. I wish I'd known about the British Pantry last summer when I was hunting for gifts to bring back home from England! It would have saved a lot of space in my luggage. My cousin, who also went to England last summer, thought I would enjoy it. She was so right! We're eager to go back for more shopping and dining. Pros: Great selection of items, and excellent menu.

This place is great! I mostly rave about the fresh pastries/baked items, but you can get all manner of foods/food ingredients for a variety of different English treats. The bakery, however, holds some delicious treats! The sausage rolls are fantastic! Take some home and pop them in the microwave for a few seconds and yum-o! The curry "pies" are great and flaky and have a great mild curry flavor. The dessert pastries are also great. There's great tarts and especially the custard filled "mini-pies" whose crusts just fall apart upon taking a bite. This is a great place to check out and is becoming a bit more well-known location in Redmond. Pros: Great selection of different "UK items"... Cons: A bit difficult to find in Redmond for the uninitiated...

I decided to review a few of my local favorite places to dine -- especially food for people from out of town. I grew up eating British food for while, and The British Pantry has some decent food if you're from Great Britain that will make you homesick. You can buy rather authentic bangers as well as any number of sweets, pastries, sausage rolls, etc... there. They have more than food too, so you may be pleasantly surprised in what you may find. They even carry some of that infamous Scottish delight, haggis! I never grew a taste for that! This is the only place that I have found locally that makes authentic fish and chips as well -- it's at their restaurant, Neville's, that's attached. You may have seen their sign on the sidewalk -- why did you drive past it? Of course, you get much more than that -- stop in get some beef wellington or bangers and mash. How about some afternoon tea with cucumber sandwiches and scones? If you're tired of going to that same old restaurant locally, try something new! You may end up sipping some tea during your late "lunch" break someday!

We were recommended it by a brit selling homes in Bellevue and had to go and have a look when I tried to make gray with us stuff. Walked in and there it was BISTO GRAVY. Got a few other bits and then had a couple beers next door while watching rugby. We will be back and the owner was lovely to boot........................... Pros: Friendly and a nice pint after youv'e shopped Cons: a little pricey but all good things are.........................

Friendly service and reasonable prices. Visit the adjoining store and buy British specialties, some made locally and others imported, to take home. I only wish for a similar British Pantry closer to Gig Harbor. Pros: Great food, Friendly service, Reasonable prices Cons: None

What a fun little place! The British Pantry is one of my favorite indulgences. On one side is Neville's restaurant with sit down dining and the option of dining outside on the patio. The market side offers a fresh deli for pickup orders and lovely little tarts as well as the shop with all kinds of British goodies. You can purchase British publications, packaged foods, tea and accessories and any number of fabulous, unique gifts. I love to pop in here on my lunch break. The staff is warm, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! PROS: Fun, unique, simply delightful service and selection CONS:
