I had such dreadful experience with them. Even though they did not solve my problem, they charged me $800 as a labour charge.
I fixed the same by spending just $400 with other mechanics in bellevue.

At first I received a bad service at the Redmond store, but the owner contacted me and fixed the problem. Would go back to the Bellevue location again.

They did a great job doing the 90,000 mile service on my Jeep Cherokee for $200 less than the dealership wanted for the exact same work. They let me know what could be done for a chronic problem... More
They did a great job doing the 90,000 mile service on my Jeep Cherokee for $200 less than the dealership wanted for the exact same work. They let me know what could be done for a chronic problem that the dealership did not fix right twice before and now it is perfect, for free-no extra charge. I later bought a new battery at Costco and they were nice enough to put it in for me for $12 and were done in 15 minutes on a Saturday afternoon. They were polite, friendly, and had my car done on time for the price quoted.
