this was the best tan for the money! I did'nt have to make an appointment and they have the stand up units that are WAY better than crappy beds..the girl showed me her tanning certificate so I knew she was trained... and sold me a bottle of lotion at 30% off...(they had like, 200 lotions!) they have a leg tanner that is out of this world good!!!!!!! I will definateley come back to toucan tans next time i visit Redding!!

Travel I-5 alot and kept hearing good things about this place. So, we tried it. Very satisfied. The grounds were clean and the rooms were spacious. The bed was comfortable and when we asked we found out that we didn't even have their new beds. Liked the staff and we'll be back

Ever since my husband and i walked though the doors we where greeted with smiles from everyone. The front staff very helpful with everything helping find restaurants near the hotel.. everything in the guest rooms are clean and every nice. we had dinner in the restaurant the frist night the staff was outstanding. At frist i thought that their breakfast was a bit high but then we saw what they had the omlets and every thing was fresh and well made very good.
we well stay there again very nice.
The only bad thing is they do need a bigger parking lot.
Pros: very friendly staff

When relatives come to visit from out of town and we run out of space at home, they head to the Oxford Suites-- it's clean, comfortable, employees are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is great. Easy freeway access, and close to mall, grocery store, pharmacy, etc.

It contains many of the same amenities found at the larger motel, Free coffee, cable television with HBO, but the rooms are rented at a much more affordable price. Smoking and non-smoking rooms are available. The The staff is very friendly and carters to your needs.
Pros: Ambience, Parking, Service
Cons: Lack of vacancy, rooms always full, got to make early reservations

I read all the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and thought I'd give this place a shot. Was I glad I did! The place I normally would stay in Redding was about $40.00 more a night and the rooms were almost the same. The thing that really made the difference for me was the girls at the front desk they were so helpful and even recommended one of the best places to eat we had on our trip.
The place was layed out well. Very secure feeling and my wife thought it was the cleanest place we've ever stayed in. The pool was heated and it was just right. We enjoyed the spa and they had a few pieces of workout equipment (the wife used-ha) plus a good sized TV we watched while inn the tub.
The breakfast offering at the place next door was very good. We will come back for sure.
Pros: Value for the dollar and great staff
Cons: There is not one in L.A.

We had to stay at the Holiday Inn during a business trip and were satisfied overall. I do believe it is a 3 star hotel. It was clean, well-managed, and located right on Hilltop. Hilltop is not scenic, but it is a convenient location near lots of businesses and restaurants. We received good service during our stay. When we requested a refrigerator one was brought up to our room immediately. Would stay there again.

When we travel, we are usually somewhat on a budget. Add our dog into the mix and we usually end up staying at Motel 6. Well, this place was awesome. It's right off the 5 freeway, and the area seems very safe and clean. We've stayed there on 3 different occasions now, and each time we get prompt and friendly service. The rooms have been extremely clean all 3 times. The rooms are adequate size, and the shower doesn't have weak water pressure. Of course, it isn't some fancy hotel.. that's the only reason it doesn't get 5 stars. I'd highly recommend this place for travelers on a budget, and with pets.
