Ever since my husband and i walked though the doors we where greeted with smiles from everyone. The front staff very helpful with everything helping find restaurants near the hotel.. everything in the guest rooms are clean and every nice. we had dinner in the restaurant the frist night the staff was outstanding. At frist i thought that their breakfast was a bit high but then we saw what they had the omlets and every thing was fresh and well made very good. we well stay there again very nice. The only bad thing is they do need a bigger parking lot. Pros: very friendly staff Cons: needs a bigger parking lot

We needed a place to stay on the way from Palm Desert to Portland, and I phoned Hilton from my car and booked this hotel then. Got a good price. Redding is pretty small, and the choices not great, but being a Hilton Honors Member, I'm loyal to the brand. We were very happy with our accomodations, staff, and service. I'm writing this review at 5:30 in the morning in their restaurant, and I've gotten coffee, water, and asked if there is anything else I need. Not bad! We had our car stuffed with belongings, and I was concerned about leaving it. The management, while not assuming responsibility, let me know they would watch over it. They did. Bed was comfortable, elevator fast, rooms clean and the property seemed well cared for. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel. Very nice. Price was $139 for the night, so a good value.
