Wood Ranch is a great restaurant not only by the atmosphere but by their food. A nicer bbq house where you can go for a nice evening with friends to get drinks and eat some appetizers or an a date to have a full meal. Their prime rib is fantastic and the bbq chicken is the same. My personal favorite is not the meals, but the garlic rolls they serve you before dinner. Words can't explain......

This Chinese restaurant is a little hidden treasure located in the food court next to Lake Rancho Santa Margarita. It's fresh and healthy, with no MSG in any of their meals. The menu is more diverse than typical Chinese restaurants, the staff is friendly and the food is delicious.

Wow! This place has great beers. Food's good and you can bring the kids too. Priced right. Keeps the riff-Raff away.Check out the ceiling fans, I want one or two. Needs bullet hole stickers on the floor/tables.Super cool decor, over looking the lake and great service makes this a hot spot for me. Great for a date, or meet one.Don't forget to check for discounts offered on-line that I just saw.Opps!Next time I'm in from Utah, I'm there.Thanks C. for the wonderful service!

My husband and I are "regulars" here and love it. We have never had a bad experience with Wasabi. Their food is top notch: fresh and tasty. With sushi, one has to be careful, but here we do not worry about the "safety factor." They have started to get to know us as their customers and they treat us really well. We've had free food delivered to our table just to say "thanks." Nothing is nicer than a nice restaurant, good service, decent prices and great food. Highly recommend it to anyone. Also, same plaza as the movie theatre in RSM, so great for a casual date night.

DELICIOUS!!! It's hard to find real chinese food but this place hits the spot! The inside is decorated very nicely and the staff is very friendly. Chinese style meals..where you share. They've changed ownership a couple times so I'm not sure if they always do it but when we would order a lot of food they would give us an extra dish on the house.

Another great Italian restaurant located in Rancho Santa Margarita, this one is directly across from the Regal Cinemas movie theater. The food is delicious and reasonably priced, the atmosphere is energetic and family friendly the staff is gracious and helpful. It's a great place to go to on a date or take the whole family to.

Tutto Fresco is a delightful italian trattoria in the RSM town center. It's strip mall location might make you think that it's not a nice restaurant, but quite the opposite is true.
All of the food we tried was very good, including the Chicken Tortilla Soup, strangely enough.
The wine selection is not very broad, but the wine is good and the prices are moderate.
Food is a great value, with the average cost of a pasta dish being under $10.
This is not a place to go for a special occasion, but it is great for an inexpensive & tasty night on the town.
Pros: Excellent Food, Excellent Value, Nice Patio
