I've been there three times now and, every time I go in I feel like they've known me for years. I've never been anything but impressed by the service and can't say enough good things about the quality of Christie's massage. I would, and have, recommended this place to several friends who are looking either for some excellent deep tissue work or just a good, relaxing massage. I don't recommend going to Ferra, she cut off 8 inches off of my length and didn't seem to be paying attention. When I said I wanted a trim, 1 inch cut from the bottom and a half an inch from my layers, which I think I said I wanted that about 5 times she gave me a total different hair cut, all I wanted was a trim, now I have a bob with these wierd layers, it's like she only thought of me as some test dummy that she could just add in things where ever she wanted. I coudn't see what she was doing because she cut the back first, and didn't cut up so that I could see. I was really disappointed with what I got, seeing I had already spent 45 dollars, and refuse to be seen with that short of hair I got 100 dollar extensions which I see doesn't cut it at all. I still recommend going to Escape Saloneven though, just not to Ferra, because my friend got the best haircut done by Elsie.

I got a man's haircut at the spa. the lady cutting my hair was not in touch with current fashions and didn't do what I asked her to. "Don't cut the top, I'm growing it out." it's not that hard, but she thought she knew better, adn she cut the top. "and with the clippers, please give me a number 2 on the sides." she said, "I don't need to use clippers. I do it by hand." well, it didn't come out the length I asked for. on top of that she hinted that my religion was a lie by asking if I've seen a movie that "exposes" the lies of my faith. I knew what she was getting at and I didn't appreciate it. Did I go in for a haircut or to be converted? there are other issues pending as well. depending on how they turn out, I will repost. From the moment I walked into Escape, I knew it was going to be a great day! The place is smartly decorated and serene and I was immediately offered refreshments and made to feel very comfortable by all the friendly staff. I treated my wife and myself to the full extent of what the spa offered. We both received wonderful new hair styles and a deep tissue massage. We both left there feeling and looking wonderful. I will return again and recommend this place to all.

I got a spa finder gift certificate for my bridal shower. I was so excited to get a facial that I searched for hours online to find the perfect place. After much research I decided on escape salon. I called and made an appointment. I went there four days before my wedding and got a crappy facial, overpriced waxed job, and some wierd peel that didn't even do anything. While on my honeymoon, I received many phone calls from the salon, saying I only gave them part of a ceritficate from the spa finder. They left me message after message saying I owed them $75 for the certificate. I gave them whatever I had. It is not my fault that I didn't get the full certificate. Then now a few weeks later, I find they charged my credit card $75!!!!!! That was completely unprofessional and I do not recommend ever going back there again!!!!!! I will take my business elsewhere and report them to whom it is necessary to. Pros: it was bad-worst experience ever Cons: Worst experience ever!!!!!!
