I have kids so going to get my car serviced is no easy task. Family Honda has a kids room with toys and tv that makes the time go faster. They also offer coffee and bottled water and usually have a bowl of fruit and/or doughnuts.
An oil change usually takes only twenty minutes and is cheaper than the quickie lube spots. If you are a frequent customer then the service advisor will often give you 10 percent off or even a free oil change. They really reward your loyalty here.

This dealer makes promises that they have no intention of keeping. They will tell you they will pay off your trade in right away and a month later you will have to battle them to pay for your trade in that they have already sold. Even the sales person that I dealt with has left the dealership stating " very shady dealings by management " Eventhough we long our Nissan I would never use this dealer again and would absolutly tell everyone to find another dealer no matter how far away it is.
Pros: Nissan Makes a great Vehicle
Cons: The dealership is not customer focused

It seems that every car dealership only has my wallet on their mind and parting me from whats inside....well RSM Ford is a breath of fresh air. First of all the dealership is beautiful....I did my research on their website which is exquisite. But when i got there in person i was really wowed. They have some really cool classic cars in their show room including and old woody and a cool T-Bird. Plus they have a couple of Saleen Mustangs which really got my heart going....but alas i had to face reality and settle for a nice commuter car...a Ford Focus. Its no mustang but it does get me around in comfort and it gets over 30 mpg. So all in all i was very happy with my experience!
Pros: Beautiful dealership, no hassle, got the internet price
Cons: Saleen mustangs and classic cars were just a tease

Toyota of RSM has a nice clean facility. They have a good service department and are very customer oriented. They treat customers right and are up front regarding repairs and recommendations. Thgey are also willing to answer any questions. Prices are about what you would expect. My car is always ready when promised.

We recently bought our new 2008 Tundra at this dealership. This was by far the most pleasurable experience I have ever had buying a car. There was no pressure and our salesman was so helpful and made the experience outstanding. Thank you Toyota of RSM. You can count on us coming back for service and the purchasing of our future cars!
