I went Saturday evening July 18th. Our waitress was funny and yet efficient. The food was delicious to say the least especially the cheesecake! (which is not on the menu by the way). Our party of 14 all had a great time! I was getting worried by looking at other reviews as well but was glad that my experience their was unlike the others. The band playing was Marcus Anderson- and they were so unbelievable!
I will be going back very soon!
Pros: Atmosphere and food

I eat lunch at Zest quite often and I always have enjoyable experiences there! The waitresses are just about as nice as they could be and, for the price, I don't think you can beat the food. The brie sandwich is my favorite! Lunch can get pretty busy, but I never really have to wait more than about 15 mins or so (if I even end up having to wait- just get there early) and the store has such cute stuff that it's usually hard not to buy something while we wait. If I know that I'm not going to have much time to sit and eat I'll call in an order to go since I work in the office park right across the street. It is very convenient and I still feel like I'm eating healthy!
Pros: being able to get food to go, friendly staff

In a city of malls, shopping centers and the same store at every turn, Zest is a refreshing change. They carry every kind of specialty gift you can imagine - from pocketbooks to hand designed glasses to games for children. The prices reflect North Raleigh living but are very comparable to many stores in the area. This is the first place to go if you know someone who has everything and you need to get them a gift. (Note: I have not eaten at the cafe so I cannot comment on it.)

I can't believe some of the reviews for this place! To be quite honest I am pretty outraged.
My husband and I have eaten here several times and not once have been we been disappointed. The wait staff is very friendly, one young gentleman even told us about visiting the local farms where some of the restaurant's ingredients are grown.
The portions are of good size unless (as some reviewers must want!) you are expecting your food to come with a supersize option. They are filling but not to the point where you are going to need wheelbarrow when you leave. This restaurant is not advertised as a buffet.
We are both vegetarian so I cannot comment on their meat selection, but as I have already said I have never felt cheated or disappointed by the food we were served. The combination of flavors used is surprising and delicious. The gnocchi is by far my favorite. Pair it with their risotto and wow, delicious!
A great environment to have a romantic dinner or small gathering.
Pros: Food is amazing, quick service, friendly staff.

I like to purchase most of the toys i get for children here. Zany Brainy sells toys that are not only toys, but are educational as well. You can find all sorts of things you never even thought of, that are both fun and teach children something. A great combination.

I have taken my rings, watches and bracelets to Zales numerous times, even if they were not purchased at Zales. They have changed watch batteries, replaced diamonds in my bracelets and repaired my grandmother's ring in a timely manner and with minimal costs. Any time I need to fix a piece of jewelry, I immediately think of Zales. They are all very nice there and will recommend other businesses if any work is outside their realm.
