Please...if you go to Sephora, NEVER speak with anyone but Pat. Don't even call if you aren't sure she is there. The rest of the employees are terrible. I went in looking for help with oily skin, and was ignored for probably 15 minutes. I finally approached a male with dark hair, who was working in the store. He seemed irritated and bothered by the fact that he had been approached. I explained my issue. Before showing me any product, he asked what cosmetics I currently use. Some are cheap, some are expensive. When he heard the list, he literally walked away from me without saying anything. Pat finally found me wandering around in the back of the store, and helped me immensely. She listened, then described several products which she thought would be of use. She gave me samples to try, and told me to call or come in should I need further assistance. She is a retired aesthetician, by the way, and really knows her stuff. Today I decided to check in to see when Pat would be available for further consultation, as I have decided which products (from the samples) to purchase. The person answering the phone was VERY unprofessional, did not want to tell me when Pat was working, asked me what I wanted with her, would not give her own name...the entire staff, in my experience, save for Pat, is just HORRIBLE. There are tons of people who would make up for what I would spend in that store, and assuredly would spend more money in there than I could, but if you value your dollar AT ALL, please see Pat for any future needs at Sephora. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ANYONE ELSE.
Pros: Pat is great. Very professional, knowledgable and helpful.
Cons: ***EXCEPT FOR PAT***...horrible horrible cust service

I always used to shop online, but being able to go in and try the products out is so great, especially their extensive perfume selection for both men and women.

The parking at this mall, although plentiful is always horrible. They have tons of parking spaces, but chance are when you decide to go to the mall they are all going to be full. This mall also seems to attract pretty crappy drivers as well, so I always think I am going to be involved in some sort of collision while tehre. Beyong the crappy parking there are TONS of stores in this mall so you can find what you're looking for and more They have everything from clothing to pots and pans and several casual and fine dining resturants.

In addition to its wide variety of stores, Crabtree Valley Mall offers some great specialty shops that are not found other Raleigh area malls including Crate and Barrel, Yankee Candle, Restoration Hardware. They have a large food court for a quick lunch between stores, as well as many sit-down restaurants. It is a great place to spend a rainy Saturday or hot summer afternoon, although parking tends to be difficult on such occasions.

This is a nice, big mall. Has all your normal mall stores. It is two floors and has a nice, big food court. Also has several restaurants including Kanki and Cheesecake Factory located here. Gets very crowded around Christmas time and there is limited parking. Any other time of year there is plenty of parking. There are parking decks with covered parking which is nice in the rain and bad weather.

Crabtree may be the one of the oldest malls in the triangle. But it is a beautiful place. Lots of wonderful stores- including stores for my plus-sized self. Lots of great sales and bargains. A kids play area. A Godiva store, Crabtree and Evelyn, Coach, and others. In addition, the parking is much better than the newer malls. They have gone to a great deal of work to build parking decks on all sides of the mall, and a mall entrance is never very far from where you are, and it is always easy to find parking.

Crabtree Mall is one of the oldest mall in the Triangle, and outdated. South Point Mall in Durham is a much better shopping experience, (Nordstrom's) and excellent restaurants, like Maggiano's Little Italy and soon to have the Cheesecake Factory. Take it from an experienced shopper, shop South Point and stay clear of Crabtree!

Crabtree is definitely the best mall in the Triangle. It has everything you need, its nicely appointed, and it doesn't look like a Disney Theme park like the other two. It has the best food court by far, and its easy to navigate, just one long corridor, unlike malls such as SouthPoint, Triangle Towne, and Cary Towne that branch off in 100 different directions and you get lost trying to get back to your exit.
