My husband usually would not pay much attention after I did my hair. Or, may be he was just pretending not having an interest. But my last visit to estee salon changed all that. He was all smiles and looked at me with wild eyes. He said I looked very classic, but peppy (the exact words he used). He said whoever did the job highlighted my personality very well. Actually, I had lunch with friends at the Solomon resturant and saw the salon and thought to give it a try. And we (me and Samina, the hairdresser and salon owner) had a small chat before she started. She seemed to understand what I wanted and knew how to bring out the best in me. No hairdresser could satisfy all customers all the time. But I think I'll go back to her, because she has the great touch. And the salon is as pleasant and clean as one can expect. Pros: individual and artistic approach, no sales pressure, warm atmosphere Cons: none

I visited Estee Salon for a facial recently and the young lady who gave the facial was very knowledgable and had a wonderful personality. The facial experience itself was very refreshing. Upon leaving, there was a gentleman (whom I believe was the owner) was extremely unprofessional. He scolded the young lady that did the facial in front of myself and other customers. The action was very unprofessional. It seemed as though he was dealing with a non related issue which should have been dealt with privately or after business hours. A friend of mine (and her bridal party) that I referred also had a simliar experience where the owners scolded employees in front of customers. I feel if you are going to pay that kind of money for any service, it should be a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Due to the lack of professionalism, I will not go back nor will I refer any other friends, family, etc to go there. Pros: esthetician/ facial service Cons: other staff is unprofessional and aggressive
