I have taken my rings, watches and bracelets to Zales numerous times, even if they were not purchased at Zales. They have changed watch batteries, replaced diamonds in my bracelets and repaired my grandmother's ring in a timely manner and with minimal costs. Any time I need to fix a piece of jewelry, I immediately think of Zales. They are all very nice there and will recommend other businesses if any work is outside their realm.

I have taken my rings, watches and bracelets to Zales numerous times, even if they were not purchased at Zales. They have changed watch batteries, replaced diamonds in my bracelets and repaired my grandmother's ring in a timely manner and with minimal costs.
