Victorian Rose Bridal Boutique is located in Raleigh's downtown area. From the moment you step in the door, the staff here will treat you like a Queen. Bring your mother and bridal attendants too. They also offer dresses for your bride's maids and the mother of the bride. Appointments are strongly recommended. If you want to go on a Saturday, be prepared to schedule several weeks in advance. The shop is closed Sundays.

The people here are really what makes this a nice bridal shop. you get a lot more personalized attention,and the people here seem interested in helping you find the right dress, not just making a sale. i really like this tore, and have gone here a few times for friends weddings. A great store.

I guess the other reviewers aren't familiar with shabby chic. ;) Sure, the carpet isn't in perfect condition and the lighting is a little dim, but Victorian Rose is full of personality. The staff is incredibly helpful and the dresses are incredible. I didn't end up getting my dress from them (they didn't carry the designer), but they were so incredible I almost bought my second fav dress just to be able to work with them. A class act.

This store offers excellent customer service and a beautiful selection of wedding gowns and accessories. Many of their gowns are designer, so the prices are a bit higher than in many other shops. The cheapest gown I saw was around $800, so this isn't the place to go if you are on a budget. They carry a nice selection of shoes, tiaras, bridesmaid dresses, and jewelry. The prices on these items are also a bit higher, with most shoes being over $100 and many tiaras approaching $150-$200. Their new location is much nicer than their old one, with more room to move around. Great if you want a unique dress!

I went to this shop several years ago and this is the experience I had: I had been told that this was a great bridal shop and so I expected it to be just that. Not so. I was first put off by the shop itself- it did not look like an upscale boutique style wedding store. The carpet was worn, the dressing rooms were small, even the mirror was worn! Don't get me started about the rest of the decor! Truly, I would have been better off at somewhere like David's Bridal where at least it is well lit and the mirrors are HUGE. When you are spending that kind of money on one dress- you need to be able to see it! Nevertheless, the staff was friendly- but not personable enough to make me a customer.
