I was five minutes late for an appointment and the front desk was snippy and wouldn't let me keep it. And, there was no one waiting in the waiting area for anything. The Iatria on Creedmoor Road is far superior. Even though it's a longer rive for me to get there than to the one in Wakefield I will make the trip. Cons: Rude front desk

I've been coming to this spa location for over 2 years. I've only encountered 2 issues in-which they resolved immediately. The location is excellent for me. The staff meets my expectations. They're monthly membership is a great deal. When recommending this location to my friends, I let them know that if they are late, it's their dime, not Iatria's. Those that I've recommended have thoroughly enjoyed it as well and have returned.

WOW...I had the best facial ever from Charlie at the Wakefield location. I have been to several destination spas as well as to numerous spas in the Triangle. She gave me the BEST facial I have ever had! I did not feel like the appointment was rushed and she gave an excellent facial massage, and I truly mean excellent. I almost fell asleep...in fact I did for a few minutes...her touch is amazing! She was also very knowledgeable on my skin care concerns and so professional! I have always struggled with my skin...breakouts even as an adult...days after this facial I saw a definite improvement. I will be back in the future to see Charlie! I got a half day of beauty for a gift and was not impressed. I got lost trying to find it, and called to tell them and they didn't hold my first appointment. Got half a facial, an awesome massage and then was led to the waiting room in my half robe and promptly forgotten for 30 minutes. I had to go out front in my robe to find out what was going on-and they didn't really make up for it either. I won't go back. Pros: offer a lot fo serrvices Cons: don't pull it all together well

I was so pleased at the Wakefield Crossings location of Iatria. Not only did I feel welcomed but I was amazed at the pampering. Once I was back for my massage I felt very relaxed and my massage therapist was aware of my needs. I would definitely go back for any of their services...!!

I went here with a gift certificate for a half day of beauty, and they didn't give directions, and I got lost. So when I arrived they docked half of my first treatment. I got half a facial, a massage, and then went to wait for my next treatment, and no one ever came to get me- I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes, alone, in a short robe, in January. I finally went to ask, and was told someone would be right with me. (15 minutes later I threw a fit.) I finally went and showered and changed, and they acted like it was normal to leave a client alone for 45 minutes unattended. I didn't get a whole treatment, and they only gave me a small refund. PROS: CONS: tries to be NY and fails
