I cannot say enough about this Automotive dealer! They go the extra step to obtain the best used cars available, still keeping their prices very reasonable. They also handle automotive repair work, both for cars sold there and not. The repair work is top-notch, priced low, and timely. The group at Paragon really have a special thing going, and will win your business over as soon as you step on the lot.

First off, here’s a garage run by the person who owns it and his wife, it’s a place worth supporting instead of a huge faceless company. Second, he does safety checks relatively cheaply and quickly, not only that he’ll really make an effort to get you through. I go there when I need my tires fixed, and whenever the safety check on any of my cars expires. Highly Recommended

This store is great when you need tires. They have great customer service and they are very knowledgeable. I appreciated all of their help when I had a flat tire. They were able to give me a tire that very same day. I will go to them again when I need tires.

I didn't buy my car here, but the guys in the body shop helped me when I found out that the dealership in Lumberton had sold me a new car that had been in an accident.I can't say enough about the manager of the body shop.
The people in the service department are always kind and accommodating. I always wait while my car is getting an oil change or basic service done. Sometimes it seems like it takes way too long, but they do have a van to take you home/work if you don't want to wait.

I recently moved to Raleigh and was having some transmission problems. I contacted Griffins and they told me to come the next day and they would get me in to look at the problem. The next day they ran a diagnostics and found out what was wrong. The price was great and everyone was so friendly and fast with the car. I will never go anywhere else. They were very cost effective and the service was excellent. I have found the best place in Raleigh to have any vehicle worked on. They do more than just transmissions and I will bring any problem that I ever have with my car back to them. They were AWESOME!!!!!

Went into this location after being recommended by a friend and was quite impressed with the professionalism and customer service skills of the employees.
I got a simple tune-up and changed out my regular oil to AMS Oil and could feel the performance difference and had a rather substantial increased MPG.
I now recommend this location for any automotive service to all my friends and family.

As a single woman buying my first car I found myself a bit intimidated while shopping around. However, the staff at Sir Walter Chevrolet put me immediately at ease. They were both helpful and informative, but I did not feel pressured into buying. I drove off the lot confident that I had not only gotten a great deal but the perfect vehicle for me!
