My car is HAPPY now! Pinnacle Automotive is top-notch! I have always dreaded taking my car in for service because? well?I don?t have a lot of trust for mechanics/the auto industry- I think part of it is made up in my head (they just want to take advantage of me) and part of it is warranted (they HAVE taken advantage of me). However, this DOESN?T apply to Pinnacle. From my first phone call [filled with questions], to the time that they handed my keys back over to me after fixing my baby (car) up, the experience was positive. Now, I?m not saying that WHAT they told me was positive (I had a bunch of broken and cracked tubes of some sort in my engine), but the respectful and empathetic manner in which they [Mark] shared the news was a welcome change from what I?ve experienced before. I have to say, I really DO like my dealership- they are really nice too, but Pinnacle did the same work for half the price. Thanks, Pinnacle Automotive, for making my car AND I HAPPY! ?

Gill and Max are just down to earth people who genuinely do what they say they will do. The research and knowledge they possess is why I highly recommend Dauntless Transmission for any automobile work. I feel that if they could not do the work they would tell me up front and not waste my money and time. This is rare in business today. Great team and trustworthy, honest, customer driven, and with proven expertise. A great experience from start.

As a single woman buying my first car I found myself a bit intimidated while shopping around. However, the staff at Sir Walter Chevrolet put me immediately at ease. They were both helpful and informative, but I did not feel pressured into buying. I drove off the lot confident that I had not only gotten a great deal but the perfect vehicle for me!

We have been using Duty Tire (Tryon road) for 20 years. Service has been great and they have always provided a good value. Greatest asset has been not trying to oversell or sell services we didn't want, while informing us of what our cars really needed. If something could wait a week or two, they told us. I trust them without question!

After an awful experience at a Shell station in town (lying about what was wrong with my car and overcharging me for their mistakes) I took it into Merchant's on Duraleigh to have a tune-up done. Javier was so friendly and a huge help! They were super honest about what was wrong with my car, and were clear about charges and services. In the end I had my tires replaced and aligned, a tune-up, and an oil change done. I was extremely happy with the professionalism and honesty of the staff. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Keep in mind that like any human, it is impossible to give an EXACT estimate on wait time or prices. Unfortunately that happens everywhere... in response to the one star reviews... you should focus more on the service and reliability rather than impatience. I appreciate all these guys did for me!

I have been going to to Raleigh tire for 4 years now, and Mickey has saved me countless time and money. The check engine light on my Jeep turned on, and I took to the dealer. They wanted $300 just to diagnose the problem, not including fixing the actual problem, and needed to car for 2 days. I took it to Mick, and he had an answer in half an hour, and replacing a seal cost me $75. Fantastic service and no games. He has a customer for life.
Pros: A good, honest mechanic, need I say more?
Cons: The shop is easy to miss.

The policies at Atlantic Tire and Service guarantee your satisfaction. They really listen and will even take you with them on a test drive to be sure they understand your problem.When a part is broken or worn, the technician actually shows you the problem. They go out of their way to explain what your car needs and why the work is necessary. They do not hesitate to suggest getting parts from a salvage yard - if that would be safe and save you money. They develop a profile for each car so you do not give the same information every time you come in for service. No hassles - just service in the true sense of the word.

These guys are great. They are extremely helpful, not know-it-alls who don't even listen to what you're asking. They have gone out of their way to help me get the parts I need on several occasions. If they don't have what you need they'll get it and you don't have to pay up front. Don't waste your time elsewhere.

Took my Tahoe in for transmission service and the service department couldn't be more helpful. They bent over backwayds to help me, check-in was very fast and efficient, calls were exactly as they said they would be, car was fixed when they said they would have it done, what more can you ask.
I wouldn't buy my future Chevy's from anyone else but Bobby Murray, great business folks.
