Hill Top Beauty Salon is the place to go for all your hair cut and personal care needs. Well, not all, but mostly for your hair needs. They are very good and will work with you to try and achieve the results you are looking for. I like the fact they are not fast unless you are just in for a quick cut. So many times stylists go too fast and you get scared. I like the prices there as well. They seem to be a tad cheaper than other similiar places, and they are competitive in the actual business as well.
I like the fact they are located on Church Avenue. That is the best place for a salon. Not too crowded! I do not think you will go wrong in going here because I have known so many people who have gone there and who are still going there. Good luck, and do let us know how it turns out.

Nothing beats Fredia's Barber Style Shop. Fredia's Barber Style Shop is the place to go for great cuts, great shaves, and even shoe shines. They have a reliable business, very quick and professional, even though it's like a small-town Mayberry shop. They are wonderful with children and make you look great. The prices are just right. They are always busy, but the wait-time is not long at all. I have been impressed with them.
While you wait, you can listen to the tv with news or sports, read newspapers, or just listen to the chatter in the shop.
This review is for men, but they do ladies as well. It's a unisex shop. I recommend them highly.

Located at 2845 County Road 180 in Rainsville, B & L Beauty Shop is a great beauty salon. Prices? Right on! Location? Good. Stylists? I am glad you asked because this place rocks with the stylists. They are so good. They will recommend styles or work with you to find the style you want. Of course, if you want the same ole, same ole, they'll do that as well. Atmosphere? Great. All in all I love this shop a lot, and I think it's one of the best in the area. I think if you are looking for a beauty salon, you should try this shop. I do not think you will go wrong in going here, and you just might love it! Recommended highly. Good luck :)

Artistic Beauty Salon is a great place to go for a quick cut. They like to have appointments, but my friend went in without an appointment and they took her in a reasonable time. Their prices are great, and I liked the fact they are very professional. The perms are nice, and they are better than most shops' perms. I don't know why unless it's the brand they use. I like the parking as well. It's easy to get in and out without a hassle. They are located at 121 Sand Mountain Drive in Rainsville, so their location is great for people who go to Rainsville.
I do recommend them very highly. They are very good at what they do. I love them! LOL

Boyd's Barber Shop is the place to go if you are in the need for a barber shop. I have seen them do so many things, I think they are the most skilled in the area. I once saw them work with a child who didn't want to get his haircut. They really were patient, and put the child to ease very quickly. I was really impressed. I think they do the shaves best, but their haircuts are very good as well.
There is always a lot of chatter in the shop. It's a small town barber shop, so you get the feeling you are part of their family when you go in there. They get to know you, what you like, and even call you by name once they get to know you. The price here for anything cannot be beaten, some things are even lower than other barber shops. Boyd's Barber Shop is the place for you.

Two Sisters' Barber Shop is located in Shelby on Main Street. This review is for men and children, but they do women as well. They are quick and honest. You can depend on getting a nice haircut or shave here. The barbers are very skilled. There are always people waiting in the lobby, and the prices are really good. It is like a small-town Mayberry place, with tv going with the local news or sports, a lot of talk. It is a good place to go, especially since they do not have appointments. They work with children better than any other barber shop I have ever seen. I like the cleanliness of the shop as well. They also do the entire family, which is unusual. I do like Two Sisters' Barber Shop! Recommended

Located on Main Street in Rainsville, Alabama, Sue and Sandy's Beauty Shop will take great care of you. If you are in the need of the services of a beauty shop, I read somewhere that the best thing is to go there and watch them work. Then you can ask them whatever questions you may have. You'd be amazed at what you learn just by watching. I got the idea of a new hair style once by doing this. I have been using them for a long time since that time, and I have always been well pleased. Try Sue and Sandy's Beauty Shop! You will be glad you did.
