Bikram Yoga Quincy is a studio focusing exclusively on Bikram Yoga Practice, a/k/a Hot Yoga. It's a small second story studio with a great staff, friendly and welcoming atmosphere, and a regular group of dedicated Yoga practitioners. They offer classes daily - four on Monday through Thursday, and three Saturday through Sunday. The schedule and pricing can be viewed on their website, and is also viewable in the hours listing above.
Here are a few tenets from their website, some of which are generally applicable to Bikram yoga, and all of which apply at Bikram Yoga Quincy:
"Scheduled classes are on a drop-in basis and are open to all levels including beginners. No prior experience required. The studio opens 30 minutes prior to each class, so feel free to come in and meditate, stretch, or visit with your fellow yoga students before class. Please bring a yoga mat, a beach towel, and a water bottle. These items are also available for rent at the studio. Drink lots of water. Don't have anything to eat 1 to 3 hours before class. The room is hot. Be prepared to sweat. New students should plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before class to register."

I dropped off 5 shirts for silkscreening and was told two days. I was quoted 20 bucks, fair enough. After two days, I called to inquire my order and they acted like I was out of line. They were rude and told me however many days they said. So later on I went down to there store. My order was ready, and I was charged 40 bucks. When I questioned why 40 and not the 20 they had said two days ago, the two men became hostile and vulgar. Needless to say I was stuck, and forced myself to pay since I needed my shirts back. As an avid consumer for sports gear, it was the worst experience I've ever had. As a customer, baseball coach and iraqi vet, I've never been so appalled.
Pros: It was in the next town over
Cons: Rip Off, mean and old angry men behind counter
