Stephanie, the hairstylist who I saw was not experience and gave me a haircut that wasn't even. One side was short, one side long. It was such an awful experience. I was overpriced for a haircut that ended up needing fix up at an other salon which fixed the problem that Stephanie made in the first place. I would never go to Aria. The place is not even friendly, the girl at the desk is so not friendly. They didn't even offer to fix my hair cut but charged me $55 for haircut that was uneven. To top it off they let me go with hair that was dripping wet. What a service for Marina Bay? Pros: nothing Cons: everything

I went to Aria for a bikini wax. It wasn't my first, but it was my first at Aria. It was so painful and poorly executed that the woman OFFERED to give it to me for free. I hadn't even complained, but after she left the room and I started to get dressed, I took a better look. I was literally purple in places. Yikes! On the same day I had a hair appointment (because, believe me, I had already decided never to go back). The woman kept telling me of her amazement that I had no color treatments. She said, Do your hairdressers all just die to get some color in your hair? I was a little offended and told her that it was actually the exact opposite. Most hairdressers tell me how nice and healthy my hair is because of the lack of processing. Overall, it was a really bad experience. I was the only customer in there and it seemed really stuffy and boring. Not at all like the salon I now go to that is always bustling and high-energy. I feel like Aria is simply overpriced because of it's location.

I had received a gift certificate for a day of beauty which was most appreciated given I was seven months pregnant. The mani and pedi were (as always) fantastic but the pregnancy massage was quite possibly the worst massage I have ever had. Aria does not have the proper equipment or training to give pregnancy massages and should not offer them again until they update their staff and facilities. I was actually more uncomfortable when I left. Pros: Beautiful view and staff Cons: Parking
