I bought a leftover 2008 Mazda 3 from Quirk Mazda in Quincy a few weeks ago. This car is sporty and comfortable too. Superb service from beginning to end. I got a price that was very fair. Even though I'd bought cars from Quirk before I still checked a few other dealers' prices to keep them honest. One place quoted me the same price and two others were around $500 higher. I would also like to recommend my salesman Matt Hesller. This guy was sharp as a tack. I told him I was a history professor and we had a great chat while I was waiting for my car to be ready. I jokingly told him that he could come an guest lecture anytime, but I was only half joking! It was fun Quirk, thank you!

I went there because I had a funny noise comming from the front tires. It was my brakes that were almost nothing. Which i had gone to Sullivan and they had only fixed months prior I had the nicest mechanic Nick work on my car he was honest and told me exactly what was wrong with my car he wasreally straight foward he told me if i had any more problems just call and Chris the manager was also a really nice guy I would recommend this place anytime and i only went to threw that one mechanic and can only recomend him but seeing the boss makes me think they are possibly that great

I have been working with Mike Cheney for almost a year. It is a pleasure to work with such an honest real estate agent. The customer service that he offers to his clients stands above any other agent I have ever worked with. There are not many real estate agents that can say over 90% of their business is from referrals, but Mike Cheney can.

It might be just me because I was treated very rude by them. I went there to purchase a car however they don't have something within my budget and they told me that I can't get anything for that budget. They advertise something that they do not have so beware since we can not see their inventory. Anyway, I hope you guys have a better luck with them

One of my worst sales / service experiences ever. Not even a "hello" when you walk in the door. The "business manager" tried to get me to sign documents without reading them by yelling and telling me I could go somewhere else. ("The printer won't print until you sign." Right.) Lied and said that his manager wasn't there, even though he showed up once other customers started paying attention. Unprofessional, dishonest, and unfortunately just reinforces the bad image of car salesmen. And their prices are no better than anywhere else, either.

I bought a 2005 jeep grand cherokee. because it was still under the manufacturer's warrantee, quirk nissan on route 3A either couldn't or wouldn't fix it. I was referred to Hassan brothers. the transmission was having difficulty shifting. I was told that they needed to replace the computer. After 3 weeks & no phone call, i called the service dept. The part was in, but nobody bothered to call. I brought it in & also asked for an oil change. After a couple weeks, the oil light & perform maintenance came on. the oil was never changed. Then the shifter needed to be replaced. They replaced it within 30 minutes, but it broke again in a couple days. It was replaced again, and broke again, but this time not as badly. I can still shift, the shifter sometimes just gets stuck. Last week i brought it in for the rear center seatbelt to be fixed because it was jammed & wouldn't come loose. I brought it in and sat in the waiting room for 5 hours, having to call in to work, because they didn't know how to put the part together. once they got it together, it didn't work, and we were back at square one. Needless to say, I have to find another jeep dealership to service my car.
Pros: only jeep dealership in quincy
Cons: unreliable work, bad service, no parking available.

This place should be under investigation for scamming good, hardworking people.

I am currently shopping for a small SUV and I stopped by Quirk Nissan yesterday to take a look at Rouge. I was greeted by a salesman (his name is Dom) and after a little bit of chatting, he asked if I wanted to test drive, which I did. After the test, he asked me if there was anything he could do to cut me a deal. I told him that I am still looking at my options and I was not going to buy yesterday. All of a sudden, Dom asked me for my social security # to check my credit and I refused to give him that since I wasn't going to buy. He flipped! He told me that I was wasting his time and he demanded me to give him $20 for the test drive. I said "you are kidding, right?". He looked at me with a straight face and said "no, do you have a credit card?". I, of course, refused to pay him. I was going to walk out of there and then, he told me "why don't I talk to my manager". He came back with the manager, who asked me what I thought about the car and if they can cut me a deal; I said no and then I asked "what is the deal with the $20?". The manager looked surprised and I explained that the salesman asked me $20 for test driving. The manager asked him "did you?"; Dom looked all embarrassed and said "I was joking", which obviously, he wasn't. So, the manager told me that he would talk to Dom. I have never heard of anyone who would pay to test drive a car and this is one of the most ridiculous moment in my life. Bottomline, the salesperson reflects how the dealership does business. DON'T SHOP THERE!!!
