We love going to Brick Oven, especially on free root beer Monday's. The kids like getting balloon animals from the balloon man walking around. Brick Oven is BYU tradition. My father-in-law used to eat there back in the 1950's and still has to visit when he's in town. Its a must while visiting Provo.

I love Brick Oven because there's something for everyone to eat from the yummy oven fired pizzas to the sandwiches and pasta/soup/salad bar. I also love their garlic bread and cookies! It is a favorite place for me to meet up with friends for lunch because it's casual and fun. Their takeout is also awesome! Even when they are very busy, they can usually get you seated fairly quickly and they are very accommodating even if you have a large party of people. The service is great and the prices are reasonable.

Plus it is very reasonable and the atmosphere is incredible.
I consider it my favorite restaurant.

Every time I've gone to Brick Oven I have gotten the Pizza and a salad and it has always been very good. The servers are mostly students and while they seem a little rushed, they are pretty good. The salads are fresh and good and the people in my family who go to the pasta bar seem to enjoy it. And, the best part is, it really isn't that pricey, especially for the quality of the food!

I always get the pizza but I know that they have other things like pasta and soups. I like brick oven because there is always something here that everyone likes and they have bigger tables to accommodate bigger groups

Brick Oven is THE restaurant around BYU. Every parent who brings their children to BYU remembers Brick Oven and likes to go there. The problem is that it is not that good. Their pasta is atrocious (particularly their Alfredo). The garlic bread and pizza are not too bad, but avoid the pasta at all costs. If you do go, get the root beer. Or find somewhere else to go.

Brick Oven's proximity to BYU and easy access before and after sporting events makes it a desirable location and popular destination. It's much nicer than the typical college campus pizza eatery and features tons of seating, salad and pasta bars, oven-fired pizza, and of course the traditional homemade root beer. Prices are fair and comparable to other decent sit-down pizza places. The menu is plentiful and features options for lunchgoers short on time and eating on a budget. Take out is also available, as is delivery. I have never yet been disappointed by a brick oven pizza and highly recommend this establishment to anyone wanting to experience a Provo and BYU tradition.
