Dr. Nielsen cut under my tongue with the drill while filling cavities. The cut required 2 stitches, became infected and was extremely painful. You would think, well, my tongue is cut, I have not been able to eat solid foods for 2 weeks, but at least the work is done now. But no, my mouth hurts more now than it did before the fillings. I do not think the fillings were done well because it still hurts. Now I have to pay another dentist to fix the work done by Provo Dental Care. Horrible customer service.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Moody since I was a teen-ager. I have always been pleased with his work and friendliness. They’ve recently moved offices to a new and more modern building. X-rays are digital, which means more accuracy. There are computer screens all over the examination room, including over your head…so if you’re there for something (unfortunately) that may take awhile, you can listen to music or watch a movie. The waiting room is very nice with a tv screen and big bean bag chairs. There’s also a little aviary with some birds that are fun to watch. The staff is very friendly. They are good to explain exactly what will be done, so there’s no confusion. They accept many insurances, but also offer payment plans. They also frequently offer new patient specials.
