Cheapest Safety & Emissions in Utah Valley 8/17/2005

Jim's Auto Accessories & Muffler Shop is where I go every year to get my safety and emissions done. Run by a local couple this shop is a typical automotive repair place, greasy, grimy, but what sets it apart from the rest are the friendly and honest people here. Not only are their prices great, but they aren't out to con you for your money. They saved us from buying a lemon car by doing a great inspection on it, and its been running great ever since! more

Very friendly, good prices, great shop! 7/29/2005

Last year, I was having engine problems, then heard one of the worst sounds ever....a grinding clunk as I tried to start my engine. I had it towed to Jim's, where I learned that my engine had thrown a rod - yikes! They worked to get me a nice priced used engine and were very quick with fixing my car. They made sure to inform me about everything that was coming up. Everyone was very friendly. I also just got my safety and emissions service there...very fast turn around! I was done in about 15 minutes. more
