Nicole, Is the best hairdresser! If I had a dollar every time someone asked me who cuts my hair, I would be getting my yearly salon services for free. Nicole is excellent at cutting hair and she really likes her job and you can tell by the end results. I am never frustrated when fixing my hair myself because she cuts it so well it just makes my job easy. My only regret is the salon is about 1 hr away from my house. However, it is so worth the trip!!! Everyone at the salon is so nice , friendly, and helpful. Every time I get my hair foiled, cut ,or styled Nicole continues to amaze me and my friends and people I don't even know complement my hair daily. BRAVO Nicole!!! Lynn de Carlo is absolutely out of this world! I followed her to the Envy salon from the place she worked before. I fell in love with her after our first encounter ?that was a while ago. I had my own hairstylist that was very good; I was satisfied but not thrilled. I always thought that amazing haircuts/styles are only for the Hollywood people, there are certain hairstylists that go to certain schools?.?I always wanted a red carped hairstyle, where every strand is perfectly trimmed , colored, styled and in the right place. I met/tried soooooooo many hairstylists until now, but she is by far the BEST one. Lynn De Carlo is the whole package- not only she does amazing haircuts /hairstyles but she is a perfectionist that would not let a strand escape her brush until is not PERFECT, no matter the time it takes. All this would not be possible without the passion she has for what she is doing and her continuous hard work to learn and keep herself updated with everything that is new in the hair fashion world. I noticed that only very smart people are studying continuously, this being one of the reasons they are so smart and she is one of them. I never saw a hairstylist that goes to so many courses and reads so much about her job. This is one of the many things that make her stand out of the pool of stylists. More than that, you enjoy being in her chair: she knows how to make you feel important; you are treated like you are the center of the universe; she always takes the time to listen what you say and makes sure she understands exactly what you are looking for/ or that what she did was what you wanted.. Usually, you get what you wanted and a little bit extra! She always makes the effort to give you the perfect experience. By all means, she is a perfectionist in the good sense! In her hands your hair is treated with respect and professionalisms, even more, you hair becomes an ongoing project for her. She will individualize the shampoo/conditioner depending on your needs at that particular moment (dry-scaly scalp, dull/tired color or just a itchy scaly spot). Let?s face it: all hairs look better after a shampoo and a trim: but only a perfect trim, color and styling would make your hair stand out and make you feel so much better about yourself. Even though I?ve known her for a long time, I continue to be impressed with her tireless attention to detail and desire to make you happy. You will never regret you had this experience with her, because having anything done by Lynn is a beautiful experience with a beautiful human being. Enjoy the journey! Pros: see text Cons: none

I love Nicole, from day one. I get stopped daily and asked where I get my hair done. I have even had people take pictures of my hair. Even when my bangs are too long people still think my hair is gorgous, thanks to Nicole. I always tell people about the wonderful services provided by Envy and fantastic staff. The place is very clean with friendly staff. Too bad they don't listen to clients OR know how to cut hair. I am absolustely not bashing the entire place but I can say that my first visit was my last. I asked her to just give me a trim, (opting to see how she cut before doing anything drastic.) Instead what I got is completely uneven layers with it taken up at least 2in. on the sides. Not a trim. It's horrible and reminds me of a mullet (the longer in back and shorter in front.) Unfortunately there is nothing they can do because 1. My hair is too short for me to touch it for a year AND I would absolutely not go back. Pros: Clean Place, Nice Staff Cons: HORRIBLE HAIRCUT

This was my first visit. I had just moved and a friend from R.I suggested that I go here. I was on the hunt for the perfect blond shade. Jeanette nailed it. I described what I wanted and viola! Within a few hours, I walked out with THE blond shade that I have chasing for years. Love the cut and she was kind enough to show me how to do a new style. I REALLY liked her customer service skills, felt comfortable with her and trusted her right away. I can't express how positive the results were. The environment is chic without being cold and faux snobby. Very clean and they carry a plethora of cool products. The price is very reasonable and the owner and the woman who works at the front desk are nice ladies as well. Pros: Excellent vibe and very talented hair stylist Cons: None that I know of

I can not tell you how many times I have gone into a salon to get a cut, and have come out in tears...hysterical crying that i looked like a mushroom head... I had heard that Envy salon had a few new people and I thought hey - lets give it a try.... WELLLLLL.. I got Lynn Decarlo- THE BEST SYLIST IN MY BOOK, Very Well Educated Stylist, who not only LISTENS to what you want, but also educates you about maintaining beautiful hair, and insider techniques that are priceless . She is the Best colorist that i have encountered, and let me tell you-I have had ALOT of colorist. She gave me a cut that fit me not only in the face, but for my busy-mom/career lifestyle. I was treated like an old friend - someone who they valued as a client - not like a few other salons around here who only want your cash and tell you to screw if it isn't what you asked for. Lynn is sweet and accommodating, she changed her schedule around to fit my needs - i am blown away with the respect that i was shown by the owner as well, she is sweet and sincere and very welcoming at the front reception area. Awesome salon- i would def give it a try- ask for Lynn.. you wont be in tears... Pros: A stylist that LISTENS Cons: NONE

The staff at this salon was extremely friendly. My stylist , Cassandra listened to what I wanted and did it exactly. She always checked with me to make sure she was cutting enough here and there and put in suggestions along with my own to make my style better. I haven't gotten a professional haircut in a long time because in the past stylists haven't ever given me what I wanted but here she got it exactly right and I love it! Pros: Clean evironment, friendly staff, excellent service
