This is a wonderful restaurant nestled right on the ocean. The food is Mediterranean and Greek. Traditional and vegetarian meals are also available. The view is spectacular. Lunch is casual and dinner is more dressy.

This restaurant is situated on the edge of a cliff and has an amazing view no matter which way you turn- on one side you get the mountain/bay views and the other ocean/sunset. It is inside the Princeville Hotel (which has 300 weddings a year). The food is also quite good and artfully presented. They have a $65 3-course dinner, which includes any appetizer, entree and dessert off the regular menu, plus they throw in coffee/tea as well. I recommend going here before sunset and request a table by the windows- it's definitely worth the drive to North Shore!
Pros: View, food, ambience
Cons: may be a long drive if not staying in the area

I stayed at this hotel for 7 days. I loved it!! It was hard to leave. The food is very expensive, in fact everything at this hotel is really expensive. Lunch by the pool was the best value. I booked this hotel through my American Express Platinum and got an upgraded suite and breakfast for two every morning. If you surf it's also a great hotel. If you tip well the bell men will keep your board and store it for you and hike it down to the beach when you need it.
Pros: Won't want to leave....Views are the best.
Cons: Expensive

Not very good... Run down, looked like it might have been a great place in the 70's early 80's. Wait staff was not good. Food was just OK.
Pros: None really
Cons: Everything was below average or just average.

This complex is an older complex with one of the more ordinary settings, but its units have been refurbished and it's relatively cheap compared to other Princeville hotels. When we stayed our one-bedroom unit was large and had two bathrooms and front and rear lanais. We stayed here because it was next to the golf course. Also we swam at the nice pool on property. We got this unit through Village Resorts which maintains a front desk at the complex.
