Triumph has certainly been a popular destination in Princeton for quite some time, and understandably so... the beer is tasty and diverse, the food is creative and delicious, and the atmosphere is classy yet comfortable. They have a wide range of music on weekends that is consistently entertaining and above par. You'll find a mix of local student types mixed in with professionals and out-of-towners.

Triumph Brewing Company is a good destination in the heart of Princeton for the younger sect. Lots of college students gather here for micro-brewed beer...which is very good. The food is delicious and moderately priced., but it is not a good "date" place for a couple. The atmosphere is dark, loud and crowded.

The third or fourth restaurant in this former bowling alley, Triumph Brewery follows in the footsteps if it predecessor, Maritas Cantina, as a loud, fun place for students and the younger, single crowd. If this is not you, I would go once to try the beer and mediocre food, then probably decide that once was enough. The food is not too badly priced but the mixed drinks are expensive.
