I've sent several emails to Buckeye Chem -Dry . And have never heard back from them. Its a shame because they state they will reply within 48 hours. That's Not True. more

They have a product called PURT that removes pet urine. Fantastic stuff! Worked wonders on the home we moved into. The staff and owner are all very nice and the carpets look so great afterwards. The dog and our two year old were back on it hours after they left! Don't call Stanley Steamer...or Stanley Squisher as we refer to them. They just soak your carpet with hot water and then suck half of it back up. That doesn't clean anything! LOVE CHEM-DRY! more

Had whole house done on 5/25/1010. The service person was on time, He was extremely efficient and completed 11 areas in less than 3 hours. What I like about the ChemDry process is that there is no tackiness left on the carpet surface, and it drys in 1 -2 hours; and looks great. more
