Picture It On Canvas

I ordered 2 canvases. The first was ok however I was a bit upset to see all the white edges. The second print however had a white border on the top and bottom of the front of the canvas. No one wants that. My photo didn't have a white border so I'm not sure why it printed this way. I reached out to customer service and they said I could have a coupon for another canvas but I would have to pay the $10 shipping. No thanks. I would say that's what I get for ordering on groupon but I ordered a 16x20 from a different canvas company and it turned out amazing..... more

I purchased several Groupons for this company. I tried to redeem them on their site but the purchase would not complete. I tried for several weeks on different computers at different times. The company would not help when I called or emailed. Groupon would not refund my money. Now I'm out money for something I purchased on good faith. more

I ordered a blanket photo using a living social coupon on 12/12. When it hadn't arrived by 12/28, I called to check. They said the deadline for XMAS delivery was 12/11. I don't remember that anywhere, but I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. I was told it would be mailed the next week. Two days later I received an e-mail saying they only had 5 of the 9 pictures and that I should upload 4 more. Not sure why the service rep couldn't tell me that. I instructed them to use the 5 they had. I was told I would have it the following week. A week later, another service rep told me it would be one more week. It finally arrived on 1/28 - and get this - it was printed with 8 pictures. Obviously, I didn't send them just 5. They were obviously overwhelmed with holiday orders - especially due to the living social offer. They clearly have no system to actually track the status of orders. All of the service reps were really nice, so I don't think they were lying to me. I just don't think they really knew. Also, one promised to verify the status of the order and e-mail me. She never did. The final product looks good, but I give them an F for dependability. more

Customer service didn't appear to exist at this company. Started with a Groupon Coupon in January, gave up and got a refund from Groupon in May. How frustrating to email and phone continuously to get nowhere. They refused a refund as well. Snarky woman at the other end of the phone. Finally get through on the phone to a different woman who seemed a bit nicer, she said she'd email me, and didn't. aaarrrggghhh! more

I ordered 3 canvases from this company as part of a Groupon offer. I scaled and cropped each image to my liking however I received 3 canvases where my husband and I head, body, or bakground was cut out. I was willing to keep 2 canvases and not complain, but the third canvas was really bad! I sent an email and image to the company and they have not responded back to me and it has been a whole month. I basically wasted money on a canvas I will never use! more

Purchased a iPhone case with a photo of my grandson for my granddaughter for Christmas. Looked great but 3 months later I saw the phone case and the photo has really faded. Picture it on Canvas does not stand behind their product (only 30 days). Photo might be gone by June! more

I have tried twice on my I-Phone and computer and can not upload my pictures! I'm sure it's user error. I missed out using my Groupon before Christmas and now on this 24 hour sale. It should just be easier to use. more

They were amazing! The order was completed very quickly and great quality! I ordered 3 5x9 slates on Monday, and they were delivered (to Ohio during the Holiday season) on Wednesday. The image looks great - great color and definition. I even gave them the wrong shipping zip code and had it changed to the correct one without any difficulty. Their customer service rep was extremely helpful and nice. I would definitely recommend them and/or use them again in the future. I am VERY pleased with the product. more

I found a Groupon and ordered 2 wrapped photos. The first ones came, but the reds were pretty orange. I asked for a re-do and got it!! What wonderful, kind service. The second 2 photos were sent to me at NO additional charge and were very close to TRUE color. It was easy to upload the files (if you read and followed directions) and I did not find any hidden costs. All costs were explained as I went through the ordering process, so no surprises. The cost of each picture was great! as I got a huge Groupon discount. No complaints here. :) more

I have tried to use my groupon fir weeks now. Instead of a credit it doubles the cost. I have sent 9 e-mails to the company with no response. Gonna contact the BBB. more

I (by mistake, thinking this was another company) purchased two discount coupons for 16 x 20 canvas art a few months ago. They require 500kb pictures and I sent them one just exceeding that requirement (537kb) and the downloader would not accept it. I emailed them over and over and over asking how we could download this picture, never got a response! STILL have never gotten a response! I finally used another photo, got it in a fairly timely fashion, thought the result was mediocre at best. Their website says "call us" and has an area for contact information but there is NO PHONE #! They give no option for tracking your order, no "log in" and, as said before, no responses from email and no phone #. (and, yes, you can find their phone #, not a toll-free, if you search online, but go and try to find it on the website) IF you want to deal with a company that goes over and beyond anything you expect that makes this product, go to www.canvasondemand.com (the company I had dealt happily with before and mistakenly picked Picture It on Canvas). Canvas on Demand does superb work and their support and response time is wonderful. DO NOT DEAL WITH PICTURE IT ON CANVAS! Go online and check their reviews and you'll see all my problems and more. GROUPON offers discount coupons from both companies. Don't make the mistake I did and pick the wrong company! more

Been trying for three days to upload a file and order a gallery print. Website crashes and freezes. Repeated requests to customer service yield only a boilerplate acknowledgement. I can live with short-term technical problems, but NOT with non-responsive customer service. more

WOW! I have learned to think twice about purchases with Groupon! I had just assumed (my fault) I would get what I paid for and that the companies on there were reputable. How wrong was I! In the future I will research the company advertised prior to making any purchases on Groupon. If I had, I would never have purchased from Picture it on Canvas! This company is chock full of additional charges and the 16x24 we thought we purchased actually costs extra. It is definitely not a bargain and not what we paid for! My husband and I bought these so we could have our wedding pictures on pretty canvas. Our wedding pictures had beautiful backgrounds and us in the center, (with plenty of space between us and the edges of the picture) even then for the Groupon that was purchased, they cut off my dress and the grooms head. Really? Come on! We have to pay more if we want to get my husbands whole head. RIDICULOUS! Someone else posted they would be better off going with Costco. We have used them in the past. Their pictures and their customer experience is fantastic and I would strongly recommend using them, or pretty much anyone else other than Picture it on Canvas. more
