We didn't even make it here! Had a gift certificate we had purchased from the previous owner who said we could use it anytime in our lifetime. We hadn't been notified of the change in ownership and I had misplaced the gift certificate a couple of times. I finally called about using it (granted, this was several years after we purchased it) and left a message explaining that I had misplaced it twice. I called 2 more times before I got a return call from the new owner. She was yelling at me, the moment I answered the phone. Incredibly rude and unnecessary. A simple, "Gee, sorry, we can't honor it" would have sufficed. The site says "you will be welcomed like a treasured friend". Certainly wasn't my experience on the phone with her. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Who needs to be around angry, grumpy people?! Not me!
