Good: Friendly environment, they provide a little bit of everything at competitive prices. Convenient location, best wine prices in town. open past 7 oclock pm (which is rare in Poulsbo unfortunately). Caring staff will do what they can to get me in and out of the store without feeling hassled.. Bad: Some of the other customers were offensive, when i visit later in the evening it seems like that are short staffed at times. I like the store ok but I wouldnt want to be one of their cashiers for that last shift.. Improvements: Id like to see them schedule an associate to just do customer service during peak hours. their focus would be to help people and not have 30 other projects with deadlines that get in the way of that. I think it would improve the service and help with customer frustration levels.. Other: Seems like a nice place overall. Im sure Ill continue to shop there for quiet awhile. its one of poulsbos only alternatives to walmart, and the pharmacy staff cant be topped..

This massage therapy business is located in an older converted house that is a pleasure to visit. The atmosphere is so relaxing and inviting. Once inside, there is literature about all the practitioners at this location. It is very cohesive.
The business is owned by Licensed Massage Practitioner Kylan R. Skinner, who specializes in Integrated Whole Body Awareness. I know the owner to be personable and a pleasure to deal with.

The one time I visited this spa for a massage, I was not satisfied with the atmosphere, the people nor the overall feeling it gave me. As soon as I came in the door I was surrounded by a bunch of people crammed into a small waiting room. Most people were standing, or waiting to pay for their services. The room I was put into was fairly small, but it was semi relaxing. The whole time I was in the salon I felt rushed ~Not something you want to feel when your paying for a relaxing service. Overall, from what I experienced from the salon, I would not recommend it.

This is both of my daughters' doctors office. This place is just a joke. If you want to be treated like a human, don't go here. At our most recent visit here, we showed up at 8 am for an appointment at 8:15 am. When we checked in I was told that they had switched the appointment to 9:45, and they said "Didn't you get the message we left?" ...NO! What message??? They said that they tried calling this number xxx-xxxx. I said no, that is not my number ANYMORE. It's my old one, and I have given you guys my new number at least 6 times already. So she asked what my current phone number is AGAIN, and I told her it, and she says "oh...right. I called that one too and left two messages, and left a message for you to call us back". There were no messages from them, not ONE. Then she says she called this other number as well "xxx-xxxx" and nobody answered. That phone number is my emergency contact phone number, my mother's work number. She works at a bank. There's always someone there to answer the phone from 9 am to 5 pm. I told her that that number was my mothers work number, and she says " oh wait, no I didn't call that number". So first of all, if they HAD left a message on my answering machine letting me know that they needed to switch the appointment time, and for me to call them back, wouldn't you think that because I didn't get the message and call, that you WOULDN'T just switch it on me??? And it's not like they HAD to switch it on me for an important reason. They just decided to slide some other people in at that appointment time instead of me. So, yes, I had to wait around for an hour and a half with a one year old and a five year old in tow.
Sadly, this isn't all. In previous visits I've been told when my daughter was a few days old that in regards to fever, don't worry about it until it reaches 103 degrees. I knew this didn't sound right when they said it. No it's not. For babies under 3 months, if they have a fever of 100.4 or higher, you are supposed to call the doctor immediately.
I could go on and on about the things these guys have done to endanger my children's lives, and the absolute ignorancy, but I'll spare you as I'm sure you get the idea.
Oh, just to be sure... when I got home that day, I checked my messages and no, they DIDN'T call. Not at all. And I had messages on my machine from a month ago. They LIED to my face. What kind of doctor's office is this?....Oh, right. This one serves low income families, THAT'S why!
