I have just healed from a very unpleasant situation. I seemed to have sprained both of my ankles very bad. They were extremely swollen and bruised and sore. I called my Dr from Issaquah and he told me about a few things to get from the Doctors here in Poulsbo. When that didn't heal them up I made an appt with Dr Speidel. He was very professional and caring. He examined them, did Lab work to rule everything else out. And then Adjusted them. Even though it was painful, that is what helped the healing process. After 1 week bed rest, he re-adjusted them and then after the 2nd week of bed rest and a final adjustment. They are healed.
I would tell everyone about his quality service. He really cares and it shows in his work.

Poulsbo Farmers Market is located at the Northwest Design Center and Furniture Gallery parking lot at the corner of Hostmark and HWY 305.
Poulsbo Farmers Market provides farm fresh foods and fresh, beautiful flowers. They also have some arts and crafts. Just about everything here is very reasonably priced, and the vendors are very friendly.
There is also a free shuttle bus that runs between downtown Poulsbo and the Poulsbo Farmers Market site every 15 minutes Saturday mornings.

The best Prime Filet Mignon with shiitake and brandy and lightly breaded and pan-fried Dabob Bay Oysters in the Seattle area is found in a big hidden red barn disguised as "The Yarn Barn," in big letters on one side, in a big Viking niche called Briedabliek, on a secluded Big Valley Road in Poulsbo, 45 minutes from the Bainbridge ferry, less from the Kingston ferry. Dark sign on the road says Sam and Lynn want to remain anonymous! Bon apetit!
Pros: Absolutely delicious, Veggies grown there, Fresh NW cuisine

Good ol' Starbucks. They have coffees galore here. They have mochas, lattes, cappucinos, americanas, and much more. You can even have them make a special order for you. You can purchase coffee grounds or beans as well. They always seem to have new coffees to try plus their seasonal coffees. You can of course get a pastry here and I haven't tried one yet that I haven't liked. They also sell coffee cups, coffee machines and more. The employees at this store are very friendly.

If we ever need trees to be removed this is the only company we will use. The prices are great- we got a discount for the amount we wanted down plus the work was done in one day and done fast. We were there and even added ones and they were very understanding. They were quick to give us a quote and do the work- very very professional. No worries when you use these guys. It is amazing how they fall right where they want them to
