Open only for breakfast, the Hop serves up comfort food to the locals of Potsdam. All the dishes here are either deep-fried or heavy on the grease. I ordered the pancakes on my one occassion eating here- I could only eat half of one they were so filing. I guess that is what they mean by "stick to your ribs country cooking". The staff/owner here is very friendly and the place is dated but charming nonetheless.

Open only for breakfast, the Hop serves up comfort food to the locals of Potsdam. All the dishes here are either deep-fried or heavy on the grease.
