I had never been to a real hair salon before I walked into Six Degrees. The ladies are great. The go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and each stylist has a unique personality that compliments their talents. I was very impressed by the cleanliness and new age ambience. I will never go to another salon. Oh yah, and the view is unbelievable. Thanks girls.

The Stockpot has one of the best locations right along-side the harbor. Their food is great and the service is also good. Perfect for a summer night out. The place is a little crammed but definitely worth the effort.

This toy store is well stocked with lots of current toys. The back part of the store is devoted to books and clothes, all geared to younger children. The front half of the store stocks Playmobile, Thomas the tank engine, and the like. The aisles are wide and spacious, and the staff seems to really care about children. Last time I was in there they changed to price of an item because the child didn't have enough to pay the sticker price. Thats service. But overall, the store just doesn't sit at the top of my list.

Lighting is a little too dark but their great selection of bar and grill type foods makes up for it. Some great chessy nachos as an appetizer and 2 burgers for under $25. Nice low cost meal. My favorite burger is the California burger. A big scoop of guacamole on top of a beef patty with a slice of melting, dripping cheese throw in between two buns. Great place for a casual lunch between all your shopping around town.

This is a great place located downstairs. This place is so great - the pizza is different from the many other pizza places that can be found elsewhere in Portsmouth. I recommend the bacon cheeseburger pizza with the garlic and cheese breadsticks. This restaurant also serves meals such as chicken parm and salads. Although the price is more then a typical pizza place it is worth the treat every so often!
