Jamie Belilah Expert European Skin Care is a small, even cramped, business located next to a barber shop and across from a gas station just outside the downtown area. However, despite the odd space and location, the care and service are excellent. It is a one woman show with Jamie Belilah herself tending to every customer. Having received my share of facials I can say that the techniques used by her and the way my skin felt after leaving the place was beyond my expectations. She is down to earth, friendly and knows skin. This is one of those best kept secret businesses that you feel lucky to have found.
