I was looking for a car and a friend of mind said he purchased a car from their "high end " dealership and the first few days he had major problems with the car. Knowing "well it's covered under warranty he'd get it fix, they kept the car for a week not looking at it and when he asked when will it be finished he was given false promises of dates and once was told it was being worked on when it was not even in the service shop. I wouldn't purchase any car from this dealership with the knowledge of knowing they might not fix a problem covered under a warranty I have with a car I "just purchased from them" . Pros: Nice waiting area Cons: Staff from the sales department to service aren't any help.

Not only are their cars way overpriced (thousands of $$$ over the bluebook values in most cases), but their salesmen are conartists. They will avoid all of your direct questions while acting like they are your best friend. They rush you in to sign the payment papers and as soon as you've signed the sales contracts, your pleasant car shopping experience quickly becomes your worst nightmare. For instance: I left, with what they claimed to be a fully inspected car. The oil light came on repeatedly on the drive home. The sunroof on the car was also broken, which was not mentioned to me when I asked the salesman about it. And worst of all, it rained over night and the next morning the entire headliner of my car was soaking wet. The salesmen including the sales managers have been demeaning and unhelpful. Bournival Kia is full of liars, steer clear. Cons: Customer Service, Quality of Product

I was very unhappy with the service I received here. Although I know car salesman are known to lie about the condition of cars, but what they did was just plain wrong. We bought a car that was 3 years old. We drove off the lot and the engine light when on within an hour. Our mechanic told us that there is a problem with the gas vapors and the dealership must have reset the light to get the sale. I looked at the inspection report that the dealer threw in the glove compartment and seen that they did indeed do this because they couldn't figure out why the light was going on. Then there was the electricla problems and once again, dealer was aware of this too.Then a few weeks later, I had the tires rotated and balanced, and was told that the back tires were in better shape than the front tires which must mean the dealer switched the tires.

I bought my last car from Bournival and was very dissatisfied with the sales members. I worked for a dealership and know what to expect, but was very surprised at the service I received. When I picked up my car for delivery, they didn't give me a key for the trunk and didn't seem to care when I asked them for one. They expected me to drive away without a key to my trunk! PROS: CONS: Needs better sales people
