Marc Avena and Coast Closets came to my rescue and designed and installed 11 closet systems in my New England home. The turnaround was within days and the end result was simply beautiful! I wish all companies were run this way!

Responding to the earlier email, I have taken their classes, most will accommodate beginners, just ask. The fabric choices make them look more difficult than they really are. A MUST SEE SHOP if you are in the area. Go ahead and try one of their classes, we learn by challenging ourselves. Enjoy!

We have used them since our first renovation. They have almost floored our entire house. 2 more rooms left! We've used them for carpet in our bedrooms, vinyl in our laundry room and a runner for our stairs. Our next project is our living room and dining room and we will going to Brett and Carol.

Super consciencious. Listened very carefully, and wrote stuff down. Always returned phone calls quickly. Work done on time, on budget and house left as though no one had ever been there. Even my wife could find no fault ;-)

I went into this store looking for a corner bracket for curtain rods. The sales lady was very helpful and spent a lot of time with me going over the many different options available to me. She also offered me some unique ideas. The prices were what is expected from a specialized store.

It appears service is not high on their list of priorities. After speaking with several friends and co-workers it seems a problem lies in that the furniture is not delivered anywhere close to the estimate given at the time of purchase/order. We were told six to eight weeks and it has been over 3 months. Two others that I am aware of have said this is their experience also. Then they offer a "nice little gift" to try to make things better. Well I don't need a gift. I want my furniture and now I want a discount!! And not 1/2 of 1 percent. My money spends well elsewhere and that's where it's going to go unless they step up. The owners need to be involved when it gets to this stage. Unhappy customers are not the way to grow a business, especially in these tough economic times.
Pros: friendly
Cons: coulnt find our account on 3 separate occasions even when they had 1500 of our money
