This is a good gym that is also located in York and Hampton. You can use any of these gyms and they are all open 24 hours a day. How they do this is that the doors are locked and opened by a "keycard." They downside is there is no staff working - so if you were to be alone and injure yourself you may be on your own. Each location does have a phone that you can use in case of emergences. The Portsmouth location offers large changing rooms with showers that are actually pretty great. This gym does not offer any classes or instruction of any kind which is a down side if you are looking for a little more fun in your routine.
