I don't have a single good thing to say about this corporation, or it's entities. I'm guessing this is where the dentists who are at the bottom of the role in college end up. Appts for 5 pm, seen at 6:45. Miserable use of Novocaine. Fillings that fall out. A billing dept from Hades. Run! Pros: None Cons: Bad time management. Bad dentists. Bad billing.

I scheduled with Aspen Dental in Portsmouth, NH the week prior, specifically telling the desk person that I did not want X-rays done. When I got there I had to wait in the lobby as they were not ready to take me at my scheduled time. Then they told me that they weren't willing to do an inspection without X-rays. At that point I left as there is no point in going to a place that insists on doing work that the patient doesn't want done.

I choose Aspen Dental bc it would take both of my dental insurances. I wish I hadnt. They told me I had 8 cavaties. I got 3 filled and less than 2 days later was in extreme pain. I went back and they told me I needed a root canal. They estimated my costs for me. I was fine with paying $15 to get 3 teeth filled. Over 2 months later now, I'm getting a bill from them saying I owe them money becuase THEY underestimated. I'm finding a new dentist and I hope they tell me I didnt have any cavaties because I will have a lawsuit. They are horrible and just out for your money. PROS: there are none CONS: everything!
