This is a great honest car place. I have never felt as if I was taken advantage here. I bring my car here every three months for an oil change and have never been turned away no matter how last minute I make the appointment! Some flexibility in payment if the payment for the repair is on the larger side.

Customer service is not the greatest. Do not go out of their way to help. Service is great quality and good price but service is very slow. There time estimates do not even come to close to what is quoted. Store is neat but not very clean.

We took our Ford Windstar to Yudy's for it's entire 150,000 life span. They were great. They listened to what we thought and observed about what was wrong with the car. They were careful to give us a good estimate befor they went ahead and fixed anything. When the van was getting older, we asked for mininal repairs because we were about to buy another and didn't want to put too much money in to it. They explained what was important for safety. Very good service.

I was looking for a nice toyota corolla for my girlfriend. Toyota of Portsmouth Had one with no price on it. You have to play a big game with them just to get a price. When you do get a price they try to tell you that price doesnt matter. They ask you what you can afford a month. Watch out! Well anyways what I offered them wasnt enough and they copped a little attitude. They didnt get my business.

The prices and selection here were excelent. There were so many cars to choose from here and the prices were clearly marked so we didn't have to argue with any one about the price. The service department has been great also.

It's a little out of the way for us, but since the service is great (and so is the price!), we bring our vehicles to Portsmouth Ford. The customer service people are great, and they will work around your schedule! You don't see that very much anymore, that's for sure! They will always tell you what needs to be done now, and will need to be done soon BEFORE fixing it and charging you an arm and a leg to fix it. Definitely worth the drive for us! Plus, it makes for a nice trip to the seacoast!
