Saucebox is a great restaurant any night of the week. Excellent food that is mostly Asian fusion with some twists on American favorites. And at 10pm, the tiny restaurant turns into a nightclub. What I really love is the Tues-Fri happy hour. Saucebox serves bargain priced ($1- $4) small plates and $2 Kirins. It's normally packed on Thursday and Friday happy hours so it's a fun place to meet people. Although there are tables outside on the sidewalk, it's next to a busy street, so I wouldn't recommend this place for outdoor dining.

Not sure how long we have been going here but it seems like for that last 10 years every time we go to the Saucbox we agree that it's the best restaurant in Portland!
