My family and I moved into a home of theirs. We paid rent on top except for one month. They treated us like we were criminals. We had to go to court to be able to pay our rent that was late. Troy is full of promises he doesn't keep (owner) and Amanda is an unprofessional anger bitch. She is rude and doesn't know how to treat anyone with respect.
We were told we had to move and not renew our lease because they were coming in to do some maintenance! I have been garnished because of the yard work that was not done in 10 yrs. Or more. It was not our responsibility to do it. We were to mow and keep up on the yard. Our house was infested with mice. NOTHING DONE.we had to spend money on poison and sealing up the floor because of cracks from the house settling. The roof was leaking had a huge sagging spot. They did not fix the inside issue all they did was seal the outside. Troy is cheap and has his employees doing all the work. He is a mouse when it comes to taking care of his tenants and responding to their needs. I got ahold of the owners the home and told me it was not up to them to be taking care of things? They were being lied to about how their tenants (us) did not take care of the property. They were also being told we did not pay rent on time the entire time we were there! Troy and his employees are liers and will do anything to keep customers! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEM AS A RENTER OR PROPERTY OWNER!!
